Intuitive Design + Construct was born from two distinct legacies coming together with a shared vision. Russell Ross, whose award-winning firm Russell Ross Design spent decades defining luxury interiors across Dallas, joined forces with Chris Goss, whose deep expertise in building science and construction management had earned him a reputation for building homes that perform as beautifully as they look. Together, they saw what was missing in the Dallas market: a firm that could deliver world-class design and scientifically engineered construction under one roof.
Most luxury builders in Dallas focus on aesthetics alone. Behind the beautiful finishes, critical details are missed — inadequate moisture barriers, improperly sized HVAC systems, air leaks that drive energy costs up and comfort down. We set out to change that.

Chris Goss brings over three decades of experience in residential construction, building science, and project management to every project. His deep expertise in advanced building techniques — from precision air sealing and thermal envelope engineering to HVAC system design — ensures that every home Intuitive Design + Construct delivers is engineered for lasting performance in the demanding Texas climate.
Chris personally oversees construction operations, trade partner coordination, and quality control on every project. His hands-on leadership means nothing leaves the jobsite without meeting the firm’s exacting standards. For clients, it means working directly with the person who is accountable for every nail, every joint, and every finish.
